Step 2 is running Claimcheck on your repository: the checker performs these exact actions in a sandbox copy, then returns VERIFIED, REFUTED, or UNVERIFIABLE for each claim, with the output that decided it. The zero-key repro path runs the whole thing free; the live report shows a finished run.
